A Benefit for Junior Cyclocross Racers in the SF Bay Area

When:  Sunday, November 26th, 2017

Time: Racing begins at 9AM

Where: Maxwell Park, 100 Verano Ave., Sonoma, CA

Cost:  all races are $20, kids and juniors race for free

This is a benefit race for SF Bay Area junior cyclocross racers.  25% of the net proceeds will be donated to juniors racers in SF Bay Area that would like to attend Nationals in Reno, 2018.  The proceeds will specifically go towards paying for entry into Nationals for selected racers.  More information about the selection process will be forthcoming after the event.

This is a USAC sanctioned race.  You will need a USAC license to register.  One-day USAC licenses will be available for $10.  Due to the insurance and permitting process this is the way we decided to go this year.  There will be no prizes or podiums.  However, scoring will be done by Bike Monkey.

Note: Parking in Maxwell Park is $7.  Support the park.  There is offsite parking if you want to save money and ride your bike into the park.

Volunteers:  If you would like to volunteer please contact me at  “It takes a nation to put on a bike race.”
